Work Gets Underway at Phase Three Neptune Court

A recent ground-breaking ceremony signified the start of a further 9,000 sq ft of new office space to be built at Blackpool’s Neptune Court, Whitehills Business Park.
Robert Pinkus, Senior Partner at Commercial Property Consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. was at the site with Dave Armstrong from contractors Cox and Allen (Kendal) Ltd. to ensure the building work got off to a good start. Developed by Lanceshire Ltd. and project managed by Robert Pinkus & Co., interest has already been shown in Block Three Neptune Court which will be ready for occupation at the end of 2007.
