We are looking to recruit a dynamic Agency Surveyor to join our niche team.
The role will have a strong emphasis on the disposal and acquisition of retail, office and industrial premises throughout the North West region.
The right candidate could be a recently qualified Graduate/APC candidate or someone with property experience, who is looking to join our small, award-winning team.
Essential Requirements:
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Straight-talking and reliable
-Ability to work within a wider professional team
-A working knowledge of the Lancashire commercial property market would be a distinct benefit.
