VoiteQ HQ completed at Neptune Court, Blackpool

A new HQ office development at Neptune Court, Whitehills Park, Hallam Way Blackpool has been completed and handed over to the new owners, VoiteQ, right on schedule. The 10,500 sq ft two-storey office block developed by Lanceshire Ltd. and project managed by Robert Pinkus & Co. has taken just six months to build and is part of a five-phase high-spec office development.
Block one has recently been completed, comprising four office units, three of which have already been sold, leaving one unit of 2,153 sq ft available for sale.
Construction has also commenced on block two and is scheduled to complete September 2006. There are four units available for sale or let of 2,153 sq ft each. Building works on further bespoke buildings in blocks three and four are scheduled to commence early 2007.
