Two New Tenants Move into Red Scar

HIS Energy Ltd. an established company based in South Wales and providing home insulation services for the local area for the last 20 years has moved into new accommodation at Red Scar Business Park.
HIS Energy Ltd. who specialise in reducing energy costs for both commercial and domestic customers, have taken a 16,173 sq ft industrial unit from landlords Tustin Developments Ltd. on a 10 year lease. The company moves from their previous premises at Kirkham and Caxton Road Fulwood to facilitate their expansion requirements.
In addition, Hallis Hudson Group Ltd., a family-owned Preston business has also taken 17,550 sq ft at Red Scar from the same landlord on a three year lease. Hallis Hudson who are trade suppliers specialising in soft furnishings, curtain hardware and window essentials, are taking additional space to benefit their expansion plans and ongoing company growth.
Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlords and are joint agents for the estate.
