Two New Tenants at Leyland Business Park

11,000 sq ft of industrial warehousing space has been let at a popular Leyland Business Park.
Platinum Coaches, one of Lancashire’s leading executive coach hire companies has taken 7,000 sq ft at Boxer Place, Moss Side Industrial Estate on a three year lease. Platinum Coaches have moved their HQ and operations to this new unit to facilitate the company’s expansion plans.
A second unit of 4,000 sq ft has been let to Rack n’ Stak Ltd., a Leyland fork lift truck company who take the unit on a one year lease. Both rents remain undisclosed with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of the landlord Miller Limited on both transactions.
