Tustin Way Now Being Marketed

Posted on 28th January 2008

Preston-based property developers Tustin have released nearly 35,000 sq ft of industrial and warehousing premises at Preston East and work is well underway at Red Scar Business Park to create 19 state-of-the-art business units that will accommodate any requirement from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.  The units will be ready for occupation Spring 2008 and are being marketed by Robert Pinkus & Co.

Red Scar Business Park combines a selection of new build and refurbished existing units as well as additional, undeveloped land on a total site area of approximately 160 acres.  Located at junction 31A of the M6 motorway, with access to the M55, M61 & M65, the Business Park is approximately 3 miles from Preston city centre and in a well-established employment area.

Potential occupiers will benefit from a number of environmental improvements in the vicinity.  An improved bus service, the Orbital Bus Route, set up with a substantial financial contribution from Tustin is already up and running and local highway improvements incorporating better footpaths, new cycle paths and improved access to the Business Park will be starting shortly.  As part of the wider regeneration plans for Preston East, potential occupiers will also benefit from a nearby park and ride facility linked to Preston city centre, creating further investment and jobs to the area.
