Three New Lettings at Leyland Business Park

Three lettings have been recently completed at Leyland Business Park, a popular, secure commercial development in Leyland Lancashire.
The park has been extensively refurbished by developer Ainscough Properties Ltd. as part of an ongoing redevelopment including office, industrial and compound staorage storage space at Centurion Way.
Two industrial units totalling 6,754 sq ft have been let to local Tarleton-based CNC Engineering Machinists, Petann Engineering Ltd. www.petann.co.uk who move from their offices at Tarleton to facilitate their ongoing growth requirements and to Damian Lamb Cars, a Lancashire-based used car dealer, who also require greater storage facilities and larger premises for their growing business.
A further storage compound totally 14,000 sq ft has also been let to Jones Lighting Ltd., a street lighting services specialist on a six year lease.
