The Priory Group Takes Space at Riversway Docklands

Preston’s popular waterfront business park receives a welcome boost to the New Year as Quayside House is let to a well renowned company specialising in acute mental health care services.
Established in 1980, Europe’s leading independent provider of acute mental health care The Priory Group, has taken 2,488 sq ft of office premises on a five year lease from landlords NFB Imports Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlords.
The new premises will provide The Priory Group with a new base for its Psychological Therapies department. It will be an addition to the Priory Hospital Preston site at Bartle.
Sheila Hartwell, Therapy and Clinical Services Manager from The Priory Group said, “The facilities at Preston Marina will provide a comfortable, therapeutic environment for our clients with the added benefit of being in a pleasant, easily accessible location.”
