20,000 sq ft of new office space has been snapped up in the first phase of development at Mercury Rise, Altham Business Park, East Lancashire. Developed by Zonemax and marketed by Robert Pinkus & Co., only one unit remains up for grabs offering 4,000 sq ft of accommodation which can be split to create 2,000 sq ft individual units. Companies to acquire office space at the new development include Lancashire County Council Adult Learning Centre, CW Advertising and GMB Union.
