The Grand Theatre Trust Takes Church Street Offices

The Grand Theatre Trust Ltd. has taken 1st and 2nd floor offices adjacent to The Grand Theatre on Church Street, Blackpool. They will rent the 1,059 sq ft offices on a new 20 year lease from private landlords.
Run by the Trust since 1981, the Trust saved The Grand Theatre from demolition and a full restoration programme has continued ever since. The Trust has responsibility for improving, maintaining and conserving the building and its archival collections.
The offices at Church Street will help the Trust facilitate the necessary ongoing improvement works to the Grade II listed premier heritage theatre, which is one of the top 8% of all listed buildings in England.
