TEG Group Deal Signed at Buckshaw Village

Local business The TEG Group Plc. has signed a deal to take over 4,000 sq ft premium office space at the new Buckshaw Office Park development at Buckshaw Village, Chorley. Due to expansion, the company is relocating from their existing building at Sceptre Point, Bamber Bridge, Preston, and will occupy 4,531 sq ft of office premises from Landlords Westmarch Investments on a ten-year lease. Founded locally in 1995, TEG is a company responsible for the design and installation of specialised plant and equipment for the composting of organic wastes. Local Commercial Property Consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. worked with joint agents CB Richard Ellis to secure the deal on behalf of Westmarch Investments.
