T Jolly Services Takes Premises at Preston East

A long-standing Preston-based building services company has relocated to larger offices at a new development in East Preston. T Jolly Services Ltd. has taken 11,000 sq ft of office space at Wyder Court on Millennium City Park, Longridge Road. The premises have been taken on a 15 year lease at an undisclosed sum from landlords Wyder Developments Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the Landlords.
T Jolly Services is an engineering, installation and maintenance company specialising in commercial building services. Following a relocation of the Bolton and Wigan branches to Leigh last year, the Preston head office are moving to the larger offices to capitalise on easy motorway access, ample car parking and loading facilities and the extra space to house the whole head office team under one roof. Centred in Preston and employing over 150 engineers to provide services to clients across the North West. The company provides technical services across all mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems in facilities varying from schools through to computer centres, hospitals and retail development.
