South Lakeland Carers Take New Offices in Kendal Town Centre

South Lakeland Carers Association has taken new offices at a key location in Kendal town centre.
The association which supports 850 unpaid carers of any age in the South Lakeland district have taken part ground floor office space totalling 2,100 sq ft at Eskdale House, Shap Road, just north of Kendal town centre, from landlords Mapeley Estates Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. and GVA acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
A further 16,250 sq ft is still available at the premises over three floors which benefit from gas central heating, air conditioning and a mix of cellular and open plan offices, WC facilities on each floor and over 50 onsite car parking spaces.
