Owners of a prominent licensed restaurant located in the heart of Chorley town centre have appointed Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP to find a new occupier for the property.

A national marketing campaign has been launched to find suitable tenants for a first floor restaurant which is part of a town centre development that includes a flagship 30,000 sq ft Booths foodstore at ground level.

Situated on New Market Street, the property is adjacent to a busy JD Wetherspoon’s pub and Flat Iron Car Park, Chorley’s main public pay and display car park and close to the entrance to Market Walk Shopping Centre.

Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus said, “Chorley has a strong, individual character as an established market town and has a good mix of local independent and national retailers. We are constantly looking for new ways to support and strengthen our local high streets and provide shoppers with a greater choice and flexibility in the leisure facilities on offer.

“Because of the property’s previous use as a bar and restaurant, it presents an ideal, ready-made opportunity in a prime town centre location to tap into Chorley’s growing leisure market.”

The 5,370 sq ft restaurant is currently fitted out with a bar area, dining room, kitchen facilities and both public and staff WC facilities. The unit is acessed from a ground floor atrium next to the main Booths’ customer entrance, which has both a staircase and passenger lift.
