RPPM Wins New Management Contract at Preston Retail Park

The team at Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. (RPPM) are pleased to announce that they have won the contract to manage the development at North Road Retail Park, Preston.
Acting on behalf of landlords Worthington Properties, the brief includes all aspects of property management including service charge and rent collection, and all maintenance and repair to ensure the smooth running and upkeep of the development. Phase One of the development includes Evans Cycles and Pure Gym.
