RPPM Bolsters Estate Portfolio with City Centre Offices

Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. is delighted to announce that it has secured the management contract for two significant office buildings in Preston city centre.
RPPM Ltd. will be responsible for all aspects of property management at Norwest Court and Guildhall House on behalf of landlords HIMOR Group, a land and property group that operates throughout the UK.
Both properties are situated on Guildhall Street in the heart of Preston’s commercial district and are host to a variety of tenants such as Ingeus, Hays Recruitment Specialists and Specsavers. Management responsibilities will include all aspects of rent and service charge collection, maintenance and repairs ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the properties.
