RPMS Appoints New Property Manager

Robert Pinkus Management Service Limited has strengthened its property management team with the appointment of Shaun McAdam as Property Manager.
Shaun joins the team from Deckers Hospitality Group in Rochdale where he was employed as Contracts & Facilities Manager for 13 years.
Shaun’s new role will be the management of a varied commercial property portfolio including performance reviews for development and investment, property inspections, service charge administration, overseeing repairs and maintenance, condition and dilapidation reports and managing and implementing effective credit control and insurance for all sites.
