RP&Co. Appointed Agent for National Retail Property Drive

We are proud to announce that Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP has been appointed as the sole commercial agent for award-winning bathroom and tile retailer Better Bathrooms to spearhead their new store acquisition drive.
As part of the company’s progressive expansion plans, Preston-based Robert Pinkus & Co. are retained to secure properties between 15,000 and 20,000 sq ft over two floors in highly visible, easily accessible, non–prime retail locations throughout the UK.
Based in Leigh, Lancashire, the company secured £10m of equity funding from the Business Growth Fund in 2013 and is working full steam ahead to secure key retail sites in major conurbations throughout the UK. The growth strategy is expanding their showroom base from four existing sites in Wigan, Warrington, Manchester, Leicester and their newest outlet in Slough, which opens 9th June 2014.
