The UK’s leading animal feed manufacturer BOCM PAULS has taken over 21,000 sq ft of refurbished industrial space at a leading South Ribble business park reports local commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.


BOCM PAULS who are expanding from their current site at Walton Summit, have taken the unit at Bradkirk Place at Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston for two years. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted as joint agents with King Sturge on behalf of the Landlords.


Their new premises will provide expansion space for the animal feed manufacturing arm of the business and will bring up to 15 additional jobs to the area.
