211-215 Dalton Road has been sold on behalf of vendors Pelham Associates with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and Kendal-based Peill & Co. acting as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
Internal works are currently under way to modernise the substantial mid-terraced, four storey, 9,326 sq ft property which provides excellent glass frontage to the busy high street.
