REQUIRED – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

We are looking for a qualified FM Surveyor to join our team. 

Robert Pinkus (Management Services) Ltd. requires an experienced proactive individual, able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for managing a sizeable and mixed property portfolio, including retail, office and industrial properties throughout the North-West.

The successful applicant will undertake: 

  • Routine periodic inspections 
  • Schedules of Dilapidations 
  • Building surveys 
  • Service charge administration 
  • Sourcing, instructing, monitoring and liaising with service suppliers/contractors
  • Monitoring of Health & Safety Assessments 
  • Liaison with Clients & Tenants 

A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is required
