The price has been reduced at a prominent coffee shop/bistro at Whitehills Business Park, South Shore Blackpool.
Roast, located on Brooklands Way has had the rental reduced from £25,000 to £20,000 per annum. The sale price has also been slashed by £100,000 from £395,000 to £295,000.
