Recruitment Company Takes New Offices in Preston City Centre

Hays Recruitment, a leading international recruitment firm has signed a new lease at office premises at a key city centre office building.
Hays Recruitment has taken 3,316 sq ft, 6th floor space at Norwest Court, Guildhall Street from landlords HIMOR Group on a nine year lease, with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of the landlord.
The new offices will be the 9th for Hays in the North West and will specialise in servicing the Lancashire area with temporary and permanent staffing solutions across both the public and private sectors.
A Hays spokesperson commented, “Finding appropriate office space in Preston city centre to accommodate our expansion plans was a challenge but with Norwest Court we feel we are ideally based to further develop our relationships within both Preston and further afield in Lancashire.”
