Prime Industrial Space Launched in Preston

Members of Lancashire’s business community met for a reception breakfast recently at the launch of 65,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Preston’s Roman Way Industrial Estate.

The fully modernised refurbished accommodation, originally built in the 1970’s, has undergone a £400,000 renovation programme by Commercial Estates Group who own property throughout the UK. The units 21 –24 are available to let and can be taken as a whole or split into four individual warehouses. The property is on the market with Robert Pinkus & Co. and joint agents Bailey Deakin Hamilton.
