Office Boost at Blackburn Interchange

Arkwright Court, a new £10 million speculative office development is off to a flying start with four out of nine offices being pre-sold/let prior to completion. Gladman Developments is behind the 61,000 sq ft of new offices at the Blackburn Interchange at Junction 4 of the M65, a location that’s been dubbed Lancashire’s Golden Triangle, because of its excellent road links.
The development will consist of a mix of high-quality, self-contained office buildings for sale or lease, ranging in size from 2,250sq ft to 10,070sq ft. It stands next to Dalton Court office development which is now fully let. Robert Pinkus & Co. is acting as joint agent on behalf of Gladman Developments.
