A new five year lease has been signed with landlord North West Industrial Estates Ltd. Agents Mason Partners, Trevor Dawson and Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted for the landlord.

Graham Gornall from ELFS Shared Services said, “The additional floor capacity at Viscount House will enable us to expand and grow the business to meet the demand from NHS Trusts for our services.”

Jon Swain from Mason Partners said, ” Our client is pleased to provide the Trust with the extra space needed without the upheaval of moving offices and of course to secure the Trust’s occupation at Viscount House over the coming years.”

The ground floor of Viscount House totalling 8,294 sq ft remains available to let and provides modern, flexible, open plan space which is fully DDA compliant. There is a generous car parking allocation at the property and excellent accessibility directly off junction 4 of the M65 motorway. Blackburn Interchange features the M65’s only services providing a hotel, petrol forecourt, restaurant, cash machine and mini market.
