New Tenants for Plungington Road, Preston

We are pleased to report that Lancashire Mind, the County’s leading mental health and wellbeing charity has taken a new lease at 1-3 Plungington Road, Preston.
The charitable organisation based in Chorley, has taken a 12 month lease on the 889 sq ft corner retail property with RP&Co acting on behalf of the landlord.
The premies occupy a busy trading position fronting Plungington Road, at the corner of Springfield Street, close to the UCLan campus. Nearby there is a mix of local independent and national traders.
