NW Carpets & Flooring Ltd. have taken A1 Red Scar, a newly refurbished, single storey warehouse and showroom unit, on a 3 year lease from landlord Tustin Developments Ltd. and are successfully trading from the premises. Robert Pinkus & Co. and BDH acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
