Bsria Ltd. (The Building Services Research and Information Association) has agreed a new lease at 69 Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston.
As a non-profit distributing, member-based organisation, Bsria is a test, instruments, research and consultancy organisation, providing specialist services in construction, building services and facilities management. It takes 11,532 sq ft from landlord Bold International Properties Ltd. on a new 9 year lease. Robert Pinkus & Co LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.
Walton Summit Estate, is one of Central Lancashire’s premier employment areas.
