Guild Trading Estate Sparks Interest of New Tenant

Edmundson Electrical Ltd is moving their Preston branch into new premises at a well-established, centrally located retail estate.
The electrical retailer, that has over 250 locations nationally, is moving from Essex Street to an 11,577 sq ft modern, refurbished, warehouse unit at Guild Trading Estate, Ribbleton Lane, Preston. Edmundson Electrical has taken the last available unit and the estate is now trading at full capacity.
Guild Trading Estate is located in an area allocated for mixed use and includes existing businesses, industrial and retail warehousing. Other occupiers on the estate and in the surrounding area include Screwfix, Safestore, Glynn Webb, Howden’s Joinery and Sofa Warehouse to name a few.
