New Occupancy Levels Reached at Blackpool Business Park

A new office development, Croft Court, located on Whitehills Office Park, Blackpool has seen a recent surge in activity. Errigal Developments, the developer behind the scheme, are pleased with the successful take up of units and anticipate that the development will be trading at capacity in the near future.

The new build scheme is currently over half full with more than 11,900 sq ft of combined space being sold, let or under offer.  A further 10,708 sq ft with units ranging from 1,796 sq ft to 5,856 sq ft remains available. Current owner occupiers on the site include, Central Underwriting, Direct Tyres and BioGen. Central Property Maintenance UK have just acquired Unit 9 and terms have now been agreed with a local occupier on Unit 2.
