New Development at Red Scar Proves Popular

The most recent section of Red Scar Industrial Estate to be developed by Tustin Developments Ltd. is proving popular even before completion.
Four out of the six new units at the newly developed plot at E1 totalling 5,500 sq ft have already been let leaving just 2,500 sq ft available. 2,750 sq ft has been let to Brammer UK Plc on a 10 year lease. Brammer UK is a leading European distributor specialising in industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products, with the new Preston branch being one of over 90 sales and service centres in the UK.
A further unit has been let to BDL North West Ltd., existing tenants on site, who are expanding their garage/industrial door business and in turn their 1,000 sq ft unit has been let to Palmer Deliveries Ltd. who are also expanding from one of the smaller units on site.
