Construction is now well underway at a new speculative development of commercial units at Kincraig Court, off Faraday Way, Blackpool.
With 30% already pre-sold, the development by Seddons, which will consist of 24 business units available from this October 2017, are being marketed by joint agents Robert Pinkus & Co and Duxburys Commercial.
