Majestic Wines Moves into Lytham

Majestic Wines, the UK’s largest wine retailer has branched out and opened a new store on the Fylde coast, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.
Majestic Wines Warehouses Ltd. have taken premises at 150 Preston Road, the main arterial route into Lytham town centre. The 4,231 sq ft retail warehouse premises have been taken on a 16 year lease from private landlords and is the company’s first store on the Fylde coast and their fourth in Lancashire, joining outlets in Preston, Clitheroe and Southport. Early reports are that the store is trading well.
