Lytham Business Park Now Trading at Full Capacity

A new letting has been completed at Lytham Business Park and the estate is now trading at full capacity which is great news for the local economy.
St Annes-based autioneers, Gerrard’s Auction Rooms, have taken the lease on a 4,500 sq ft industrial unit at 150 Preston Road, Lytham. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the private landlord. The new tenant takes the space for additional storage alongside their busy showroom and auction house at St George’s Road where they deal in antiques, collectables and fine art.
The new tenants join existing businesses at the trade park including Majestic Wine Stores, Next Day Sofa Company and Carpets of Lytham.
