Inner Space Loft Conversions Nationwide have taken 773 sq ft at 23 Centurion Way Industrial Estate, Leyland on a 12 month lease from private landlords. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord in the deal.
The well-established industrial estate is located close to Leyland town centre and the M6/M61/M65 motorway interchange is located approximately 1 mile to the north.
