Leading Business Process Outsourcing Firm Takes More Space at Blackpool Business Park

An international business process outsourcing firm have taken 8,259 sq ft of new office premises at a flourishing business location in Bispham, Blackpool.

Balfour Beatty Group, a world-renowned engineering, construction, services and investment business who already occupy the second floor of the three storey G25K building at Faraday Court, have taken further office space on the ground floor, from Landlords Gladman Developments. Joint agents King Sturge and Robert Pinkus & Co. are marketing the remaining floor of the buillding.

An estimated 65 jobs will be transferred to the Blackpool Technology Park site providing a welcome boost to the business park and surrounding local community.  A spokesperson from Balfour Beatty Group said, “When the decision was made to relocate it made good sense for us to take additional space at G25K. Located on the north side of Blackpool, the park is an established business location with companies such as Blackpool Borough Council, The NHS and The Inland Revenue in occupation at the site. With the 8,259 sq ft first floor of the building still available for rent, G25K boasts a high specification designed to meet the needs of modern business, offering maximum flexibility for open plan use or sub-division.

Each floor maximises the natural light from full perimeter glazing and a fully glazed entrance foyer provides space for a generous reception area, plus stair and lift access to the upper floors.
