Land at Carlisle Sold to Claims Management Company

A key development site in Carlisle has been sold to a UK claims management company.
Zebra Claims has purchased 7.75 acres of development land at St Ninians Road, Carlisle from Taggart Homes (Carlisle) Ltd. (In Administration). Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the Vendor.
The site is located in the Upperby neighbourhood with a frontage of St Ninians Road just east of the A6, approximately 1.5 miles south of the city centre. The site is bound to the east by an industrial estate and the West Coast Mainline Railway and to the west by a modern, high density residential development.
Previous planning consent was given to the site for further residential development but has subsequently lapsed.
