We can report that a former hardware and electrical store at Wyre View, Knott End has been let to a counselling service on a new five year lease.
Counselling124 & Therapy Services Ltd. have taken the new lease from a private landlord and plan to open in the village shortly. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.
The mid-terraced, ground floor shop is located a short distance from NatWest, Lloyds Pharmacy, Co-op and Spar and offers the new tenants 533 sq ft including a rear office/storage area and an additional two bedroom self-contained flat above.
