Industrial Space at Great George Street Sold for Community Centre

Substantial industrial premises at Great George Street, Preston have been sold to Hanafi Sunni Muslim Circle, a local group based at the Raza Masjid Mosque, St Paul’s Road, Preston.
The group have bought the long leasehold for the 5,221 sq ft industrial property from Acornshield Props Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the vendor.
Located within Central Preston, the new owners are hoping to change the use of the property and create a youth community centre for the surrounding Muslim community.
