House Builder Moves Into Jupiter House

Posted on 30th March 2009

A North West-based housebuilder has taken new premises at a popular motorway-based business Park in East Lancashire. McDermott Developments has sought new premises at Mercury Rise, Altham Business Park, Altham, from private landlords. The tenants have taken 1,700 sq ft of office space at Jupiter House on a six-year lease and join other occupiers on the park such as Senator International, Simon Jersey, Micro P and James Dewhurst.

The new premises will provide McDermott Developments with the opportunity to expand the business and will benefit from a modern, bright workspace featuring air conditioning and heating, on site designated parking in landscaped surroundings and excellent transportation links with Manchester City Centre approximately 25 miles to the south via the A56 and M66 Motorway respectively. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted as joint agents with Petty’s Commercial in Burnley and just one unit at 1,000 sq ft remains available to let at Jupiter House on flexible terms.
