Hat Trick of Deals Done on Docks

A Hat trick of property deals have been clinched over the Christmas period at Preston’s Docklands and has kicked started the New Year in style for commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.


 


A combined total of 26,819 sq ft of office space has been let at the marina and Marcus Walsh, Surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. is delighted with the strong start to the New Year. He said, “This is a fantastic way to round off a bumper 2007 and really positive start for 2008.”


 


The former regional headquarters of the Halifax Bank of Scotland located at The Pavillions has been let to BAE Systems until 2014 and offers over 16,000 sq ft of office space. Maritime Way, the 7,788 sq ft former regional headquarters of convenience food retailer Day & Nite has been let to The Life Channel for 10 years. Quayside Court offers 3,000 sq ft of office space and has been taken on a six-year lease by Developing Initiatives Supporting Communities (DISC), a NW based charity.
