Posted on 18th July 2010

A recently built terrace of units in Garstang is now trading at full capacity after the last remaining unit was snapped up by Lamcro Ltd.

Lamcro Limited, who are one of Europe’s manufacturers of medical products that halt the spread of diseases, have taken Unit 2 at Robinson Court, Brockholes Way, Garstang on a three year lease,  giving them 2,692 sq ft industrial warehousing space. Developed by John Robinson Building Contractors, Brockholes Way totals 10,768 sq ft over four units, and is now fully let. The new tenant joins John Robinson Building Contractors, Fenton Fitness and ATN Industrial Power Tools who trade from the site.

Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, “We are very pleased with the take up at Robinson Court, especially given the harsh economic climate we have experienced during the last 18 months and is testament to the high quality of the units and overall development of the site.”
