Furniture Retailer Takes Space in Accrington Town Centre

A local flooring and furniture specialist has taken a large retail warehousing space at Burnley Road in Accrington.
Eezee Lay Carpets & Beds Ltd. have taken the 3,256 sq ft three storey retail warehouse at 48 Burnley Road on a six year lease from private landlords. Robert Pinkus & Co. and Savills acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlord in the deal.
The property is prominently located fronting Burnley Road which links the main ring round around Accrington town centre.
