Free Space Planning Service Offered by City Office Landlords

A new search has been launched for occupiers to take up to 19,225 sq ft available office space at one of Preston’s most prominent office buildings on Ringway, the city’s main inner ring road.

Marshall House situated on the A6, adjacent to Preston’s law courts is a nine storey purpose built office building which has undergone significant refurbishment by owners Hurstwood in 2007. The premises are fully DDA compliant and benefit from features such as an on-site concierge and secure on site parking.

With up to 12 suites from 1,450 sq ft to 19,225 sq ft available, landlords are offering a free space planning service to help new tenants envisage how the available space will work effectively for their business. The offer of free furniture is also available to suitable tenants and the majority of suites are already cabled for telephone and data.

The property is opposite Preston’s popular covered market and multi-storey car park and is in easy reach of the city’s amenities including bus and train stations. Robert Pinkus & Co. are marketing the property with joint agents Jones Lang la Salle.
