A piece of open storage land has been sold to investors at New Lane in Oswaldtwistle.
The land has been sold to Grane Investments with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of the private landlords in the sale negotiations.
The 0.62 acre site, which was formerly occupied by mill premises and more recently being used for industrial purposes and motor vehicle salvage, has previously had planning consent for the development of 10 semi-detached dwellings and one detached dwelling.
The site fronts New Lane which is predominately made up of residential dwellings and new build housing schemes. The site leads directly onto Union Road, the main thoroughfare of Oswaldtwistle. Access is also provided to Haslingden Old Road with juction 7 of the M65 two miles away.
