All available land has been snapped up at Blackpool Business Park, next to Blackpool International Airport, thanks to the marketing strategy of Robert Pinkus & Co. who acted on behalf of Mar Properties. Plots in the second phase, 30-acre land release have been purchased or let for bespoke, mixed-use development by way of a 125 year ground lease.
The park has excellent surrounding amenities including a supermarket, retail warehouses, public house and hotel and is adjacent to large national retailers such as Halfords, Comet, Currys and Wm Morrisons. The newest tenants to re-locate to the business park include Evans Easy Space, APC Engineers, Encore Design and Alpha Accounts.
