Courtesy Shoes Ltd., the home of Wyndsors World of Shoes has let a significant 5,976 sq ft retail unit at Marsh Street North, Hanley, Stoke on Trent.
The new tenants DLT Trading Ltd. have taken the unit on a 10 year lease with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acting on behalf of the landlord.
The property is prominently located in Hanley fronting the busy A5006, the main route in and out of the town centre. The property is immediatelt adjacent to a Wyndsors World of Shoes and Frame Shop and is opposite the largest Go Outdoors store in the UK. The new tenants will also benefit from 11 parking spaces at the front of the shop.
