Citygate Signs New Tenants at North Preston Employment Area

A purpose built office building in North Preston welcomes new tenants to the premises.
Motionlab, a full service, digital creative marketing agency has taken the 3,875 sq ft ground floor suite at Citygate, Longridge Road, from landlords Centodec Developments on a five year lease. Robert Pinkus & Bailey Deakin Hamilton acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlords.
Simon Iredale from Motionlab said, “It is the beginning of a new and exciting era for Motionlab and after much hard work, planning and preparation and an incredibly successful 2011, we needed somewhere that would reflect the company’s accomplishments and facilitate the company’s ongoing expansion. Citygate fits the brief for us perfectly.”
Motionlab joins existing tenants Lorica Insurance who moved into the building in October last year.
