Sencia Ltd., specialists in apprenticeships, employee recruitment and skills training for young people and adult learners, has taken 2,200 sq ft of ground floor office accommodation on a four year lease at Marshall House, Ringway, from landlords Hurstwood Properties Ltd. Robert Pinkus acted as joint agents with King Sturge in the deal.
A further 17,025 sq ft remains available to let within the nine storey, purpose built, office building which is predominently situated on Preston’s main circular city centre route. The property has been fully refurbished and boasts an on-site concierge, fully DDA compliant, gas central heated offices and on-site parking. The landlords also offer a free space planning service to enable prospective tenants to envisage how the offices can work for their individual needs.
